Scam? Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company!

I placed an order for a cup from Skål Moon, with an estimated delivery date of March 10-11. It is now well past that date, and I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed the company four times at multiple addresses, called their store number (which rings once before going straight to voicemail), and received zero response.

At this point, it’s clear that this business has no regard for its customers. They happily take your money but completely ignore you when there’s an issue. A legitimate company would at least acknowledge inquiries or provide an update. Instead, they ghost their customers.

Based on my experience, this company operates like a scam. I strongly advise against ordering from them unless you enjoy being ignored...
