My daughter and I have had the BEST experience at our Verizon store! We have felt safe with all the protocols they have in place to deal with COVID! We always had several employees willing to help or just share a laugh or two! But most of all we have to shout-out to Hunter! We went through the nightmare of our phones and iPads being hacked and harassed by a very knowledgeable hacker! Hunter took so much time to help us, educate us and assure us that he was going to get us through ... which he did! It was such a stressful time for us and Hunter made us feel that nothing was going to stop him, that he HAD us and was going to take care of us ... which he did! Customer service is something that I feel is so important and sometimes the work ethic and personality of someone stands out ... WHICH HE DID!! Read moreWas not a fan of Brandon. We were switching over from AT&T and were paying quite a bit of money to do so. The first day went fairly smoothly and Brandon was friendly. We purchased cases and screen protectors for our phones and he applied mine, terribly I might add. I asked for a new one and he said it will settle but if not come back and he will swap it. Well I went back because it was peeling off and he tried to give me one I didn't ask or pay for. He seemed to be getting aggravated and was telling me that the one he was trying to give me is more expensive and ISN'T too big for the phone, even though the other day he said they are the same price and this one is slightly longer than the screen. I don't know why he was trying to peddle this case on me so bad but I had to be firm to finally get him over it but he was definitely not as friendly that day and for that reason I don't think I'll be back to...

If I had not asked a question about my new smart watch through them, I would not have known to download the samsung health app. When you sign up, they ask you if you need storage.Everyone needs storage don't they? We've been with Verizon, for probably over 10 years. We were being charged $16.49 for storage, then one day I asked, what's being stored in there.My pictures? Documents? They had to answer truthfully, and say there was nothing we'd been storing in there. I promptly asked them to remove that from our account and ask for a refund for prior months. The party, I was talking to that they would get back to me within a week. It hasn't been a week, so i'm not sure if I'll get a call or not. Some kind of compromise at least...
