Big Lots — Local services in Aberdeen

Well first off.... I normally love going into this Big Lots store. After our experience today we'll be going to the one in Sanford. After looking around for about 30 mins at couches and sectionals, we had a small question. Said question was answered with a muffled response, no enthusiasm and drenched in disdain. Okay... that's cool. Sorry to bother you buddy. After choosing a sectional we would have BOUGHT we were told it wasn't in stock. While laid back chilling the employee pointed around to a few pieces of random furniture while just sitting there, saying, we have this and this and this in stock....like what? I asked, " We can order it online though right?" Which was answered with just a head nod. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at this store. It was very clear we were just a bother. So we left and...

Store is clean and organized, even when loaded with seasonal merchandise. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I think it's about every 3 months they offer a 20% off Friends and Family Weekend sale, store is busy but extra staff is working and you can find some great deals on furniture and mattresses and matress sets. One of the few places that I've found that will sell a mattress without making you buy a box spring...

Love this store and the staff are great. Great selections and great prices. The only one in my area and always have great funds. They had a great selection of bedding and my mom got some new pots and pans that have been so easy to clean and even cooking. No complaints just stopped in and shop your heart out.
