Five stars for Joe and Appliances and Moore. He and his assistant were very professional from start to finish at my house today. You see, I had been without a dishwasher since this past June when my dishwasher broke. I ordered a dishwasher online through Best Buy, complete with delivery and haul away services. I waited three months for the dishwasher to arrive and finally get it installed. Best Buy arrived to install the dishwasher but after looking at my built in dishwasher and cabinetry, the installers said they couldn't do the installation after all. In so many words, they said they were not prepared to work with my built in dishwasher and cabinetry. They told me I needed a "cabinet guy" to do this installation, and then they left. I was a little bummed because they made it seem like it would be difficult for me to find someone who could do the installation. I called Appliances and Moore and spoke to Joe to about what happened and asked him about installing it. He came out a short time later to check out the situation and assured me he could do it. He projected such confidence in himself that I was left with no worries whatsoever after that- I knew he had in under control! He came back today and did the installation, explained how he was doing it, and now I have a working dishwasher again thanks to Joe and his assistant. Three words that describe Appliances & Moore are "Great Customer Service". Marlon was our sales rep and he was not only helpful but also very patient during the decision process of selecting a new cooktop. He was instrumental in verifying that the new cooktop would fit in our current cut out. Although the in store selection of cooktops was limited, there were many options on their website. Wanting to actually see the cooktop I was thinking of selecting, I stop at Lowes Home Improvement to see if they had the model on display - which they did. Th Lowe's appliance person was just standing around, no other customers were there. He offered no assistance in describing the various cooktops and was absolutely no help. I didn't plan on buying it from Lowes but he didn't know that. It was such a contrast to the Customer Service you get when shopping at Appliances & Moore. They are over the top helpful. Joe Phelps, the owner, personally came out and installed our new cooktop. While here he also took the time to look at our dishwasher and oven and measured to see if they were standard sizes. When it came time for installation, which ended up being slightly more complicated than we all expected because we have an older kitchen, Joe and his team spent a ton of extra time and care with the install. He removed rotted out subfloor, added 2x4's to make sure everything was stable and sound, vacuumed and cleaned the space multiple times throughout the process, told me exactly what he was going to do as he was doing it, walked me through everything he did or updated after it was completely installed and then gave me a rundown of how to use the new dishwasher.

He also took the time to answer additional questions I had about other appliances and shared some personal stories and insight that were relevant to our family and the conversation we were having. He never made the process feel rushed, he showed a lot of patience, and he's incredibly knowledgable in the field.
