If you’re looking for a flavorful and fun dining experience in Aberdeen, 8 Shots Cantina Fusion Kitchen is worth a stop!

We kicked things off with the salsa, which was incredibly fresh and had just the right amount of kick—not too spicy, but enough to keep it exciting 🌶️.

The Buffalo shrimp were tasty, served with fries and ranch. Personally, I would’ve liked them crispier, but they were still flavorful with a light breading.

My favorite dish of the night was the Cantina Bowl 🥘—absolutely delicious! The standout? The plantains. You don’t see those on menus very often around here, and they were total nom noms.

We also tried the 8 Shots Enchiladas, which did not disappoint, and the queso had a great consistency—creamy, smooth, and perfect for dipping.

But let’s talk dessert… the churros were out of this world 🤤. Perfectly crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, topped with caramel and chocolate at the bottom, and served with a scoop of ice cream. Truly a must-try!

Service was excellent—our waiter was very attentive, and the manager even stopped by our table to check in, which added a really nice touch.

I ordered 8 shots burrito and it tasted canned. As in canned sauce red and green. Even the beans didn’t taste the best. Overall probably one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had a Mexican restaurant. My boyfriend got the quesabirria. It was good;consume on the lower rating of taste but the actual Quesibirria was good. I wouldn’t say the best but overall decent there.

Amazing! Could not have picked a better Mexican food place to eat. I'm from Texas and I really miss his Mexican food. This place reminds me of home. The with chorizo is super yummy. The guac is on point and the salsa is really good too. I had the chilli relleno and it's by far the best I've ever had. My husband had tacos and he enjoyed them as well.
