One of the WORST experiences we've ever had. Ordered via the app around 6:45-6:50 and the estimated time of FINISHING the food was 6:05. Was in the store when they BEGAN the order at 6:07 even though there were very few (1-2) other customers in the store. Additionally, one of the employees seemed to be acting strangely (moving like molasses, kinda out-of-it/not all there). It took him an incredibly long time (almost like slow motion) to reach in and pull out a glove to put on & make the next sandwich! And, lo and behold, the wrappers for our sandwiches blatantly REEKED of WEED. No wonder! Definitely recommend drug testing at this location and better attention/training from management. I placed my order for a #6 The Boss Footlong. When I arrived, I was informed that the did not have meatballs.
I asked for a refund and was told that that could not be done either as a manager was not on duty. I asked for the order to be refunded when a manager was available.
The following day I see that there is still an existing charge for the order to my account, and now shows that the order was “picked up.”
Please review the footage for this location and explain when this order was picked up, by who, and why this charge is still in my account.

What threw me off was after they were done I was supposed to be next and they took the person behind me. I ordered 2 subs and this person was ordering 6.
