My visit to Kirkland"s Thursday evening 12/13/18 was enjoyable until checkout. Great staff except for the blonde girl working the register is like a bull working in a china shop. If you look at the surveillance video you will see I tried to position myself in line to avoid her, but it was not in the cards. I will for sure avoid her next time because first she stacked my paintings like books and preceded to lean on them as she contemplated what to do next. Next, she decides to drop the smaller painting into such a large bag that it made a thumping sound as it hit the floor. I asked her if she just let that painting hit the ground and she replied "no it did not hit the ground, it hit my foot. I do it all the time". At this point my enjoyable night and Kirkland's experience was ruined and I ignored everything and everybody and proceeded to remove the small painting from the large bag and put it into an appropriate sized bag and then put the larger painting into the larger bag. Wow, by far the worst check-out...

Visited Kirkland Home in Aberdeen, walked in, cashier and customer talking at checkout. I was not acknowledged or spoken too. I walked around 15 mins, She continued her conversation with customer and walked her closer to the door. I walked around her a couple times hoping she would speak. I needed 5 wreaths but was never ask if I needed help. Another employee come from the back and spoke, so I let her know the situation and she apologized. With the employee not acknowledging me for 15-20 mins, I walked out with NO purchase. Customer service goes along way and means a lot...

I placed an online order for shipping and noticed that it was not being shipped but was for pick up at the Aberdeen store. I contacted the Aberdeen store and spoke with the store manager, Joanne who quickly resolved my issue. Joanne was very customer friendly and offered to send my item on the truck to my store in Fayetteville. Joanne delivered exceptional customer service and definitely represents quality customer service above and beyond...
