CSC is my favorite place to get ice cream. This location use to be my go to location however, my last two visits here, a young lady name Madison D (I hope one person doesnāt log in and everyone uses the register) whose name is on the receipt, is the worlds worst person Iāve experienced in years. She is very unprofessional. She lacks customer service skills. She is bad for the franchise name. She basically threw my cup of ice cream on the counter once she prepared it and was ready to ring my order. She asked me if I wanted napkins and said āyesā, I never received the napkins. At the same time, another young lady was trying to sign out as it was likely the end of her shift (this doesnāt justify Madisonās behavior). I had to ask for a lid to go on my ice cream. It would make sense to automatically ask the customer if they want a lid especially since the store doesnāt allow customers to eat inside due to COVID. She had my blood boiling. Thank goodness, Iām not the person I use to be because I wanted to address her about her unprofessional demeanor. I didnāt expect her to jump for joy for my presence nor did I expect to go for ice cream and pretty much have my experience feeling like I was disrespected. Due to her mannerism, I will find another location to have ice cream even if it means, I have to drive an hour to get it. The drive will be worth it to never have to experience her attitude again. Money spends anywhere and I refuse to continue to patronize a business if me and money are not appreciated. And lastly, she pushed the receipt into my hand as she was providing me my receipt to sign. It is so unfortunate for a business to have such a great product and the employee ruin the entire place. But thankfully, this location is not the only CSC in the area. But Iām thankful, I recognize sheās a nasty and mean employee that can ruin...

After making the 20 minute trip for a rare treat due to having friends in town, we were disappointed to find that the store had closed a half hour before their posted closing time of 9pm. Knocked on the door as the ladies on shift danced around the store and cleaned, but all I got was a wave. One of them came out to take the trash out, so I politely asked her if they closed at 8:30 or 9. She said they closed early due to "a big water leak in the back", which is complete BS and she knows that I know it. Water leak... but you're washing stuff in the sink...
I'm not sure what has happened to customer service over the years, but I know I won't come back to this particular store. I get closing early. I worked food service once upon a time as well. But lying to a customer's face with a ridiculous story? No...

Today my family were greeted with attitude prior to any engagement with staff. Our cashier Madison D. was disrespectfully callous. She made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Mind you the traffic normal and we only ordered 3 strawberry blondes. We requested napkins to which we did not receive. We requested lids to our ice cream cups to which she basically tossed at us. She was very short with us and seemed to be visually agitated, very unprofessional. Her character displayed today is not a good look for the company and it is especially bad for the franchisee.
