Staff was great when I purchased. Recieved the mattress and it was hard as a rock. Called up to store convinced that they had sent me the wrong mattress. They said no and it would soften to give it more time. Which I did not realizing I only had a week to try it out since I had bought it in the store unlike the 90 days if you buy it online. Still sleeping on this thing as I don't have the money to replace it right now. Have added two egg crates and a feather down topper. Still hard as a rock. Never has softened in the slightest. Gonna end up having to toss this thing and buy another mattress. Complete waste of money and I will never purchase another one of these mattresses ever again as they are not what you lay on in the store. My advise don't buy, but if you must buy online so you can try it out and don't buy the it will soften line as it most...

i bought a lady americana mattress from them it was very nice and i got the mattress protector too so i got the longer warranty that comes with it 15 years after 2 months i was moving the mattress and it ripped on the bottom i called them and the manager was awesome i didn't expect how easy it was she had me take pictures of the mattress thats it and ordered me a new one and i could pick it up in 5 days now thats good customer service and stress free like the warranty said thats rare now days i highly recommend them plus there mattresses are made in Washington even better very friendly and good service and they honor there warranties if you need a mattress look there first i would like to thank the manager Trish Grimes for everything and i will definitely shop there again if i ever need...

Lady that was there I think may be the owner. She was very helpful and honorable. She listens and determined that the best deal for me and mattress for my nephew was at a different store!! She even called the other place, told them we were coming, and set everything up for us knowing she in turn wasn't gunna make any money off my sale. It was more important my nephew got the correct mattress than making money! Wow!
