I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Christine. I came in with clear, realistic expectations: natural-looking highlights with face-framing money pieces and an overall ashy tone. What I received instead was a bleach treatment that lacked any dimension or contrast—no highlights, no face-framing, and no ashiness. The result was not only far from what I asked for, but also severely damaging to my hair.
