After ordering food for pick up they forgot part of the order. when I called in to question them about it and request the food be ready for my father who was running back out to get the missing pieces I was told that because we paid via a third party, but placed and picked up the order ourselves, they could not refund any of the money. Yeah, ok, fine. But then I was told they couldn't give us a credit towards a future order or, and here's the kicker, GIVE US THE FOOD THEY DID NOT GIVE US WHICH WE PAID FOR. In other words, we paid for food, which we did not receive, and then they refused to give it to us at all. Basically they just took our money and said "this is ours and we are not going to give you what you paid for, too bad so sad you're out of luck." The manager on duty repeatedly interrupted me when I was trying to ask and explain the situation, and then acted as though I was screaming and cussing her out instead of trying to explain the flaw in her inability to give us food which we paid for. No clue who the manager on duty is tonight, but she needs to have a serious talking to about customer service, what the word "theft" means, and why getting rude and defensive is not a good idea. You can bet that my family is looking for a totally different chain to get our wings from in the future, because this is just ridiculous. In addition to being rude both to me, and then in store to my father. they also gave us boneless wings when we paid for bone in wings, as we discovered upon arriving home the second time. and while over the phone the manager informed me that they would not give us the food we paid for, they did eventually give my father the missing part of the order, but they neither offered to do so freely nor to give a credit or anything. Mind you she also accused me of lying on the phone about placing an order for pick up through door dash, simply because she apparently wasn't aware that was an option. Buffalo Wild Wings of the Addison Tx location Managers, please fire whichever manager was on duty (I do not remember her name) between 6 and 7 pm on 11-9-2019 because she obviously doesn't know what customer service is if she both goes through all of that over the phone being rude and then in addition gives us, the paying customer, flack about something that the restaurant messed up, which consumed in all an hour of our time trying to get sorted, only to realize the rest of the order was also messed up. The Bad: Took 8 minutes to even be greeted. The table didn't even look like it had been wiped down properly. Every single TV was on the UFC fight, I asked the waitress if she could change one of the 80 TVs to ESPN for boxing and she flat out said no without even trying to ask the manager. This is the first time someone has refused to change a TV for me here. The place wasn't even packed, there were TVs that weren't even being watched by anyone.
Every drink took 30 minutes to get to us. It took 45 minutes for my friends to get their appetizers, one of which was an order of queso and even that came out wrong (friend asked for no pico). Both appetizers were cold. We asked the waitress for a Jagerbomb. Apparently a waitress working at a bar had never heard of Jägermeister and instead of asking someone about it she immediately said they don't have it, which we knew was not true. We convinced her to ask the bartender about it. After a long wait she came out with shots of Jager, NOT the Jagerbombs we asked for. Not wanting to wait another 30 minutes we take the shots and again order JagerBOMBs for the next round and we explain to our waitress for the second time that a Jagerbomb is Jager mixed with Redbull. After another long wait, she came back with 3 shots of Jager and 3 cans of Redbull, not even regular Redbull, Watermelon Redbull....
Our waitress asked us at the beginning if our checks would be separate and we said yes. Not wanting to wait 30 minutes for our check we try paying using the QR codes on the table only to find out she had not been separating our checks. We had to remind her what all each of us had so that she could separate the checks. Once she did, my friends tried paying using the QR code on the table which didn't even work (it gave an error which trying to pay).
The Good: The service was so terrible that it was actually hilarious and me and my friends were cracking up throughout the night. Definitely a night we will look back on.

Read more1st and LAST time I'll ever go there. It was the worst service I've had in a LONG time. Food was equally horrible. Our server, I forget her name. She wasn't wearing a name tag. AA young lady was hesitant to take any order of any kind to begin with. Once we were able to get her to come around she would mess that up or wouldn't offer or bring us anything. We were there before 3 seperate patrons and they all got served before us. My food came, WRONG, came out in pieces. By the time I got my wings right after sending them back 3 times, my fries weren't there. They came late. Cold. Sandwich ordered, wrong. No refills. Had more people join our party, she wasn't around to take their order. Food came out, no napkins, no silverware NOTHING! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! Had to get manager involved. She helped and was nice. Poor lady, she was just helping out there that day. It wasn't her normal store. She knows no one and they left her to the wolves. But she tried her best and was helping us so I will commend her for that. Finally just had to have a whole new server come help us. Because the one we had that was never around, she comes and brings us our tabs, this is without us asking as if she wanted us gone and we weren't nearly done to leave. We were there to watch a game. So after bringing us our tickets and asking her what is she doing, why did she bring those, we didn't ask for them! She crumbles the receipts in our faces and throws the trash tickets in my food!! That I was still eating!! I couldn't believe it!! It was the last straw!! Horrible horrible horrible!! The young lady that came in after to help us Stacy, she was AWESOME!! Her and the manager did great. But unfortunately by that time the experience was ruined and were extremely upset!! So thank you Stacy and manager. I will NEVER GO BACK AND I I WOULD WARN PEOPLE...
