My family, consisting of my husband, three grown daughters and our doodle, stopped to get beverages and snacks while passing through. When we entered, the only employee was a young woman working at the drive-through window. Seeing she was alone and busy, I told my daughter I was going to use the restroom while she waited to place our order. As I opened the bathroom door, the employee turned and said to me the bathrooms are closed due to a fire hazard. There were no signs (except restrooms were for customers only), caution tape and the door was unlocked. I said “excuse me” in case I heard her incorrectly and she repeated again. Although I was confused by her comment, I complied and joined my daughter at the counter to place our order. Again, the only employee we saw was busy at the drive thru window. She did not acknowledge us further as we stood waiting to order, so we decided to leave. As we were leaving, a man came from the back and went to the sink to wash his hands without ever acknowledging us. We were clearly patrons-(I’m a school teacher and my daughter is a nurse.) We left!
The WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks…from the initial encounter, or should I say being ignored, to the refusal to let us use the restroom, to both employees never greeting us or telling us someone would be with us momentarily. I’m still perplexed how a bathroom could be a fire hazard, and if it truly was why weren’t there ANY signs to indicate caution. Very, very disappointed! I thought Starbucks had a training program to teach their employees how to be polite and friendly to...
Read moreHad a bad experience with the staff. They partially completed my order and moved it to ready status, customers who came much after me got all their stuffs immediately n it wasn’t really crowded there. It was just a simple choco chip cookie for which I had to request for 3rd time in span of 25-30 mins, when I tried to ask the reason for delay they hurriedly brought the cookie. It is not about just one cookie but it was about not giving equal importance.
To Starbucks Adel Staff: Treat all your customers equally and don’t differentiate. If there is any unusual delay, care to inform the customer so that he won’t come every 10 mins to check if his order is complete. And don’t move the order to ready status if it not...
Read moreI’ve been to Starbucks locations all across the country, but this one truly stood out! The manager not only remembered me when I came back the next day but also greeted me by name and recalled my usual order. Wanting to switch things up, I asked him to surprise me with a random drink—and he absolutely nailed it!
The level of customer service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality at this location is unmatched. It’s rare to find a place where the staff makes you feel seen, valued, and appreciated—but this Starbucks does exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back…when I travel back through!
