PSA.... Calling for a friend to the Crisis Hotline, which opens at 7am to 11pm daily (7 days a week) for assistance with utilities.... Why is it they're full & booked by 7:03am in EVERY zip code? Something ain't right! I've made more than 200 calls & checked 10 zip codes, by 7:18am. It ain't even me & it's enough to make you postal!! Wassup with this method? It don't work! Somebody on staff is manipulating this system. I tried calling before 7am & it doesn't take appointments before 7am(from public residents), So...... Explain, please, how this is happening?
