PSA.... Calling for a friend to the Crisis Hotline, which opens at 7am to 11pm daily (7 days a week) for assistance with utilities.... Why is it they're full & booked by 7:03am in EVERY zip code? Something ain't right! I've made more than 200 calls & checked 10 zip codes, by 7:18am. It ain't even me & it's enough to make you postal!! Wassup with this method? It don't work! Somebody on staff is manipulating this system. I tried calling before 7am & it doesn't take appointments before 7am(from public residents), So...... Explain, please, how this is happening? Staff Manipulation... Problem...

I dropped off my home energy assistance program papers for tip and be ready for me for utility bills electric and gas comes in handy families with low income women and children and seniors 55 and over can approve this. It’s good for winter crisis and summer crisis. Absolute run around for people in need. I was given a number to call for an appointment in December and have called every day over 20 times a day and yet to get a response for an appointment. When I call any number with a live person, I'm told I just have to keep calling the number and there's nothing they can do. Their own employees think this is a joke. What kind of assistance...
