Carl is an Alameda treasure! He handled a vexatious urgent issue with a fast, can-do response and a very reasonable price, far better than the other jewelry shops on Park St.

During the two visits needed to resolve the issue, which is now completely fixed, I saw a stream of satisfied customers stop by to socialize, thank Carl in person, and to start new business.

Sorry but not happy with it. Went to adjust a brand new watch titanium bracelet for proper length. I suppose they did not have the proper tools because when I Arrived home the bracelet was scratched and damaged and two of the pins were completely off by one side. Two pins are damaged and do not engage in the bracelet holes and I have to bring it to another shop to repair now hoping there is not any more damage than this. Do not go there for watch repair it...

I would never go there again in My life first off, don't ever tell me people like us because we are black, and then every piece you pull out for me you telling me this alot of money I don't care how much it was when it comes to my wife I work hard for my money....
