Were amazing before but now quality and customer service have gone downhill. Hoped at least the customer service was there but when I highlighted that the leggings were sewn wrong (and the fabric is now thinner) their reaction was verbatim below. (not at all addressing they are sewn wrong - the waste stitching was tight and the rest was loose at waist and knees…just a bad sewing job.) Disappointing response for a company I loved. You choose. I sadly will move on.

Read moreI went in looking for a size medium zip up sweatshirt. They used to carry lots of these but they only had 3 in the store and a few odd sizes on the clearance rack.
I decided on one of the three. This was a very specific gift for a child's birthday who liked that style. 30 minutes after purchasing I noticed weird stitching on one of the pockets. A few wash cycles I'm sure the pocket wouldn't of stayed secure. And a $48 purchase, it should last. I took it back immediately and was told only exchange or store credit.
I'm not interested in any other product and there was not another one to exchange with.
This was a faulty product and it's crazy to me that I wasn't offered a refund for an issue with their product! It wouldn't surprise me if the sweatshirt is back on the rack.
The guy working doesn't seem knowledgeable about the products...

We live in Georgia and were in Anchorage in March and tried to swap it. The sweatshirt was too big and we just wanted an exchange for a smaller size. The clerk told us they have a 30-day return policy and refused to exchange it because we were over the 30 days.
