Discover Balloons — Local services in Albuquerque

I bought two wind socks from Discover Balloons in August. I assembled one and hung it out and it broke. I live in Colleyville Texas so going back to the store was not an option. I called the store and spoke to the nicest lady. Trish said she would pass my issue on to the owner. She also gave me her personal cell phone number so I could send her some photos. That afternoon she called me and asked about my contact information and the photos. I had sent them the wrong number! She spoke to the owner and they are shipping a new wind sock to my home. I am so impressed with the service I received from Trish and the owner. I should mention that the sales receipt says all sales are final and returns must be made within 24 hours. So for me, that makes this experience doubly impressive. I don’t know who I dealt with at the store, it may have been Trish, but she was just as helpful. On a recent cross country trip, we stopped by Old Town Albuquerque. It is full of wonderful shops, but the one we made a purchase in was Discover Balloons. They have an incredible selection of Hot Air Balloon ornaments ranging from the inexpensive to the lovely cloisonne` work of art we purchased as an heirloom keepsake. We'll remember the wonderful memories made on this trip every time we hang it on the Christmas tree. This little shop is tucked away, but well worth finding. It's chock full of beautiful pieces.
