I bought a men's turquoise ring here in 2007 while at a family reunion. I still have people giving me huge compliments. That alone would be worthy of a high rating, but that is not what motivated me to rate them so highly. About a year after buying the ring, I cracked one of the stones when I hit a door knob. I sent the ring back to the store and was surprised at how quickly they fixed it and returned it to me. Again, this deserves a high rating. The kicker is that I made sure to tell them the incident was totally my fault and that I would pay whatever they charged to fix it. When I did not get a bill in the returned package, I called to rectify the situation. They said they wanted to be sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase and did not charge me anything for the repair. I tell the story whenever people give a compliment and encourage them to stop in anytime they are in the Albuquerque area. Wish they had a web-site. I would be buying more from them. Great selection, could spend hours hours looking at everything. I bought a beautiful turquoise and sterling silver ring here on Sunday 3/6, for $53.94. Really expected it to last more than 3 days. The silver wrap around the turquoise pulled away from the stone and broke. Apparently actually wearing the ring was too much wear and tear in the 3 days of driving I've done since leaving Albuquerque. So so sad. Have tried to reach them but the number listed online is out of service.

Update: finally got a correct number and contacted them, have returned the ring and will update review once a resolution has been met.

We spent about an hour looking through all of the amazing products in this store. Our sales person gave us our space and let us direct where to look, and was definitely not pushy. It may have been a little more helpful to have been directed to specific products. I have been on the lookout for a specific type of ring for a number of years, unsuccessfully, and there were so many beautiful rings to select from that I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I'm not sure if I got a "good" price or not (probably paid more than if I went somewhere out of the touristy area), but it was within my price range and, again, it is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was pleasant.
