This location's line is literally around the block. So, there have been 3 times I chose to park and use the walk up window. Hoping to get out of there a little faster. ALL THREE TIMES I have had TERRIBLE customer service. it's almost like there IS NO SERVICE! You would think that standing at the window watching the chaos would warrant at least a "Good Morning, we will be right with you". One of my visits, I stood there for 6 timed minutes before they would even OPEN THE WINDOW. This was during normal hours. I've seen people get frustrated from being ignored and just walk away. Obviously the store is super busy in the morning, but refusing to acknowledge I'm standing there is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm paying $5 for a cup of coffee and get better service when I buy $1 coffee from the gas station! Which I will be doing from now on. When I told the lady a greeting goes a long way, she just made excuses about she already greeting someone. Yeah, and that someone walked away because she was in line forever without her order being taken. By the time this was all done, the line of cars I chose not to wait in, had come and gone and there are still 4 of us at the window without even ordering yet. Not only bad service, but you could tell the staff was miserable. Customers understand that starbucks is SLAMMED in the mornings. We don't expect miracles, but at least better service than this. Is it policy to make the customers in their cars the priority? Because that's what it feels like here. Even though you will be in your car 10 minutes easy. And when they didn't open the window... they could have at LEAST made eye-contact to let us know they saw us, and told us they were counting the drawer or whatever! But this store is FAMOUS for ignoring customers and I am so flippin disgusted. I wish there was ANY other coffee shop near by. My co-workers and I HATE this store, we all agree they are the worst example of customer service and all refuse to go there. I don't know what the hell this company's values are for THIS store, but it DEFINITELY does not provide the same culture as all the other stores. I would be ashamed to work for this company if I had to work here. Someone should really have a talk with this team. Every time I go, there is a line of unhappy customers and still noting is being...

No big deal went back for a remake and was met with the most rude and unprofessional grump Sarah who made my forgiveness asking for a remake seem like the most inconvenient request she’s ever heard. I had no problem showing I had only taken two sips of the original drink, but before I could she asked for the drink only to dramatically throw it away while rolling her eyes. I frequent this location and have only ever been greeted with smiles, this caught me completely off guard and honestly ruined my morning. The other employees looked miserable with Sarah present. She appears to be in a management role and I felt so bad seeing the overall tone of what is usually a positive and happy place so glum. Managers like Sarah who create hostile work environments should never...
Read moreThis location at San Pedro & Paseo is a tricky-to-get-to drive-thru only, to the point that some employees want to pretend they can't interact with you at all at the mobile pickup window if you have, say, a question about whether they have a certain bakery item in stock for you to be able to buy. Fortunately when this happened to me the functionally-impaired barista finally handed me off to an apparently-more-senior colleague who was cheerful & happy to sell me nearly $20 worth of the last seasonal snowman cookies. So, uneven service given the several times I've been there, but still more likely to drive there than the (closer) La Cueva Town Center (Wyoming Blvd & Paseo) actual store location that has seating, but where service & preparation are all too...
