Flawless Nails & Spa - Walk-In Review
I had a fantastic experience at Flawless Nails & Spa! I called ahead, and the gentleman on the phone was polite, informative, and helpful. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly right away. The staff truly made me feel welcome.
As I waited,I was invited to enjoy some tea or coffee at a charming coffee and tea station, which added a lovely touch. I took a picture of it because it was such a cozy detail. I didn’t have to wait long for my pedicure and was promptly handed a menu of services, which was helpful and easy to understand.
The pedicure itself was excellent. My technician Von took extra care to ensure I was comfortable. She even asked if I wanted my nails cut and thoughtfully placed my purse on the table instead of leaving it on the floor. I have sensitive feet, and she was so gentle, even when removing an ingrown nail. She continuously checked in to make sure I was okay and that everything was perfect.
The pedicure massage was thorough and relaxing. It started with an exfoliating sugar scrub and heel file, followed by a soothing oil massage, a hot towel wrap, and precise nail prep. I chose the classic French tips for both my mani and pedi, and the results were great minure mistakes.
There was a bit of light construction noise throughout the appointment, as they were updating their back office and removing a door and wood. However, it didn’t bother me, and the staff made every effort to maintain a relaxing environment despite the renovations.
Even the ambiance was well-maintained—when the music briefly stopped, the owner quickly noticed and got it going again in under a minute. The playlist was filled with top hits from 2024, which made the vibe upbeat and enjoyable.
Overall, the care, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere at Flawless Nails & Spa make it a place I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and professional nail...
Read moreI went in for a rebase after 20 days of getting a new set. Was told by Tina I should just get a new set which i didn't understand why. She then ripped off my thumb nail causing my nail to tear/rip and bleed really bad. She put super glue and said sorry and then, She said oh I will soak off instead.
Dont get me wrong... The staff is always welcoming and I loved the atmosphere when I tried it for the first time on December 7th. Jenny was my tech then and she did really good on my christmas nails.
I sat for about 45 mins or so soaking my nail. Then a gentleman took off the remaining of the acrylic from soaking and was very disappointed and concerned that my nail got ripped off. And said should always get soaked.
He had Kelly do my nails and she is an AMAZING tech, she did the new years design for me and the coffin shape perfect.
I'm satisfied with my nails but not the price I had to pay. I went in for rebase and don't really know why I needed a new set then to get charged for a new set, length charge, shape charge , design nail I knew that charge but I feel like I should of been charged for a re base, and design not all these other charges which made my price $106 even if I had to pay the new set charge of $55 and the price for design $25 should of been $80 not all these extra hidden fees. I should of took a picture of how Tina damaged my real nail. I was there for 3 and a half hours.
Service was great but this time price was...
Read moreWhen I sat down for my manicure, the tech flicked the towel she was using to do her own nails and nail dust went everywhere and it was even more visible because I was wearing a black shirt. The place at first glance looks really clean but sitting at the manicure table and watching them use their utensils was really hard because it was so unhygienic. Dust and sticky things covered the area before I sat down.
I paid for a manicure and she massaged my arms with all of the nail dust on her hands and my arms — I should have asked to wash my hands first.
I also got a pedicure and the woman doing it wore the same gloves to do my pedicure and then went and searched through a bunch of drawers with them on, then came back and continued using them on me — which makes me wonder how much of their products and tools are covered in other people’s foot stuff. She also threw my dirty towel on top of the clean folded towels on her cart.
They did a fine job on the design I asked for! Each nail is slightly different but we get the point. They were also very sweet. But I honestly couldn’t wait to...
