Bad customer service. I ordered a drink at 6, and the waitress never came back. I waited 45 minutes. I asked for service, and what her answer was, " I am not your server, but I can take and order." I said ok where is my server?" her rude response was,"I can take your oder, " with zero apologies, and then walked away. I couldn't finish my order, so I followed right behind her all the way to the bar to order my drinks. If I am at a table ordering your products, you have to sell and treat me like that, and I need to stand up to finish my order. Do you think I even want to stay? Wow, horrible services. Yet she even said to me to take my straw. I said i was going to oder a different thing. Then she wanted to lecture me about policy. This is my first time here, and I am welcome with a bad experience. COME ON!. The she went behind the bar and started talking about the incident with the straw and me. Really, you want to go to a place and be treated like that? Then I stood up for a second time, and I looked around, and they were all the staff talking at the table, and I'm standing at the bar waiting for service, and none came. How long a customer has to wait for the server to finish a personal conversation to start doing their job. She came and then it was another person and said, "You need something? I said, "Can I get some service ? She said, " I am not in the clock." Why are out of the clock employees taking work orders? I said: "Well, you can't help me. You are off the clock. Who is in the clock to help me?"" I 'm not asking for favors. This is a paying stablisment. No apologies were offered, I dont need to know who is in the clock or who's not. If you're not my server, where is my server ? And you asking me to take an order after saying you are not my server already makes you look like you don't want to be there. I had zero apologies. Do you really think i want to be back in my spare time and spend my money for bad quality...
Read moreIf I could give this company 0 stars I would. I worked at the Blue Grasshopper Riverside Plaza location for 2+ years. I recently quit in light of their lack of appreciation for their staff, organization, and general understanding as to how to operate a business. I never felt it necessary to review this business until my roommate (Head Chef of all 3 locations) his check just bounced. BG on multiple occasions asked us to wait to cash our checks so that it would clear. They filled their own beer in other breweries’ kegs. They knowingly served expired food to guests (I have photos and dates). Often the owners would personally attack servers... I quote “Well my staff is the reason we are failing” -Greg. Last summer they served hot beer because they selfishly wouldn’t shut down and fix the issue with the power. Several of the vendors cut them off because they aren't paying their bills... When I saw this business burning to the ground I had to get out while I could. The owners take 0 responsibility for their actions and I refuse to be an associated reflection of this business. To the amazing staff I befriended and the regulars that came in everyday to just see US... you guys were the reason I decided to hang in for so long. Greg if you respond to this with some silly “not my fault”... I’ll gladly send all info to the...
Read moreI give the Hopper 3 stars due to supplies and manager's customer service. Every where I eat or drink, I get Diet Coke. Tonight, I got one glass before they told me they ran out. For dessert, I ordered blueberry cheesecake. They didn't have blueberries, so ordered strawberry cheesecake, which was frozen. Had a hard time even getting the fork into the cheesecake. They basically didn't have anything I wanted.
As for customer service, I believe if I make a mistake, my client shouldn't pay because I couldn't fulfill what they ordered. I was fine with paying for the strawberry cheesecake as I was informed they didn't have blueberries, and I still ordered it. However, when you order unlimited soda (free refills), you would expect what you bought. I noticed the charge for the glass of Diet Coke so questioned that they seriously was charging me for something I really didn't get. The waitress asked the manager, and the manager told her to stop charge me because I had the first glass, expecting refills. So, I would give them 3 stars for not having supplies, especially Diet Coke, which is a highly requested soda, and for lack of caring about their customer service, but the waitress was friendly and provided...
