My daughter chose this place to eat for her birthday. She loves anything kawaii, Japanese and LOVES her ramen! This place did not disappoint. Last year, she chose Naruto and it was good but I liked this ramen a lot better. Before we ordered, we were informed that it might be a little bit of a wait since they're short staffed. My husband and I ordered the fire beef tonkotsu and our daughter got the regular tonkotsu. My daughter and I got a boba tea that was good too. Too sweet for me but that was totally my fault, not theirs. I ordered a fruity flavor knowing it might be too sweet for my taste. Our ramen did not take as long as I thought it would, it came out faster than expected. Everything was VERY good. My daughter said the ramen was pretty salty. But the egg was on point. It was more hard boiled like I like it vs Naruto having a softer boiled egg. The beef was tender and flavorful. And the fire was nice and HOT! The lady working there was nice and refilled our waters often. Cute kawaii stuff in the bathroom and they sell bags, manga, hats, and stuff animals. I would definitely come back here to eat more...

So I'm not like a master... At understanding asian cuisines. And in fact I don't even generally care for seafood dishes. HOWEVER. I am a very adventurous eater, and this place made me happy. On 2 occasions.

I've had the tonkatsu, as well as some other wacky octopus meal, and man, the flavors and textures were so complex it was like a rollercoaster!

Regarding one of the meals: It was topped with these thinly shaved curly bits that move and curl as they sit on top. Totally freaked me out but it was awesome. Come to find out they were pieces of dried tuna that move based on temperature changes. Who thought??

This restaurant too is very anime themed, so those among the more mature audiences may or may not care for the atmosphere. I liked it.

The Thai tea is to "Thai" for! You should give it a "Thai" and see for yourself! ;p for real though, good food, right next to Flix, wait times aren't too bad, (~13-16 min from ordering to serving) and the prices are manageable....

We were looking forward to this place and even drove kinda far to get there. Not worth it. Both smoothies were relatively flavorless topped with grainy (and again flavorless) whipped cream and why they advertise that sprinkles will be on top is besides me because they did not exist. Outdoor seating was most undesirable on the uncovered metal table and chairs. The lady told us our food would be out before our drinks because they had to blend them. She was right. It takes longer to blend a drink than prepare the food. Also, most people use utensils to consume food. We weren’t given any and the very small inside space only had uncleaned tables. I’m really not sure if this is a new location or not. The online reviews and pictures look nothing like the place we visited. Sad because boba...

With my spouse with child there are very few items she can have as far as deli meats go. I saw they had spam musubi. And I asked to have the spam warmed up to the point of it being “cooked”. The other worker, not the one taking our order, started shaking her head like I was dumb. I do know spam is fully cooked while canned, this was a precaution. When I saw this I was taken aback Other than that the ramen was good. And boba is boba. I was hesitant to order due to the lack of people in the restaurant, but that could be because of the time of day I went.

Their Tea is really good, even if you aren't a huge boba fan (I'm not). My family is and they all said it is as good, if not the best around. We also ate and you get a large portion for the price, they definitely have a good combo going. The Teriyaki Chicken Bowl hit the spot for me. My only complaint is they seem to be under staffed, but it's a locally owned business and it takes time to grow. They are getting there (so it seems). Looking forward to going back.
