The improvement the business owner could make is to do a better job of warning customers of their ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS policy prior to purchase. Beware, absolutely no refunds...even if your hot tub is still in the store undelivered.

Update years later: It has taken me a awhile to update this. But Hot Springs is the worst hot tub. We’ve went through two pumps in under 5 years after we bought it. These hot tubs are over priced. We gave up. Moved to a different home that already had an old hot tub and it’s the best. The Hot Springs hot tub that we spent an unwanted fortune on is sitting broken at our other house we have.

And no we were not happy we were forced to buy this tub. This store ripped us off. We paid for the tub that was in the show room. Then the next day came back and said we changed our mind. Nope they said. I said “But it’s still sitting right there in your show room”. NOPE, no refunds no matter what. I gave a bad review. So then the manager said if you change your review about us we will give you some free stuff. So shoot, I was screwed anyway, might as well get free stuff....

Absolutely fantastic purchase! I visited several hot tub stores, went to a hot tub expo, and did a lot of research on the different hot tubs and decided to purchase the Hot Springs Grandee. This hot tub is the Mercedes of hot tubs. Chris was knowledgable about the features and answered all my questions—and trust me I had a laundry list if them. I was a little indecisive as this is a big purchase, I never felt pressured to buy. When I finally decided on the hot tub, wanting it enclosed in a vault, Chris was patient on the delivery date. He scheduled the crane company and his delivery guys to accommodate my schedule. Jorge one of the delivery guys came back to my home for a second time to ensure the hot tub was centered and helped me fill it. Chris also came out to my home a couple days later to set up the salt system and teach me how to use everything. Talk about exceptional customer service 😊 THANK YOU!!! This was our first hot tub purchase and I scoured the internet and then went to several stores in Albuquerque. We purchased from Hot Spring Hot Tubs of Albuquerque and are thankful we did!

Unbelievable service, guidance, and information. Chris Kakos is awesome to work with and Jorge and the delivery team did a super job. Hot Spring spas are extremely well designed and constructed with great warranties.

While the spa puts out all the pressure you could ask for and more, there's no pressure from Chris and staff - just great service! This was the easiest 5 star I've ever given.

2-22-24 Update

Just wanted to update my previous post of a month ago. We've used our Jetsetter LX 1-2 times a day and it is absolutely unbelievable! This spa is so quiet you can use it at any time without worrying about it disturbing your neighbors. Extremely easy to maintain and keep sparkling clean with minimal operating costs. My opinion remains - easiest 5 star reviews I've ever given.
