Boba Tea Company — Restaurant in Albuquerque

We waited a really long time to order and to get my drink. It was my birthday reward drink and I got a blended Blush. This is probably the worst Boba I've ever had in my life. 3/4 of the cup was full of the strawberry Gobi and the blended part of the drink was melted and separating as soon as they handed it to me. It tastes like pure water with a ton of strawberry Gobi thrown in to hide the fact that there was nothing in the blended part but ice. Pretty disappointed I waited a really long time while in pain (I'm disabled), and my birthday drink is completely gross. Happy birthday to me I guess. Y'all need to get way more registers because one physical register and two self check outs that don't even have full service (can't use a birthday reward at self check out) is not enough at all. This drink should never have been served, it's horrible and I wish I had noticed before I left. I definitely won't be wasting money here if you can't even get a free...

im not sure whats wrong with this location but it seems as if the employees dont care about you at all. if youre new they get frustrated explaning anything, if youve been around here they treat you awful if they dont like you they put other stuff in your drink to make it taste weird and they get offended if you tell them to redo the drink. theres this short girl who just flat out gives attitude in return for a purchase, the guys mostly always show positve attitude but some of the girls there just arent great . It looks like a lot of the employees are new, majority ive never seen before and majority show lack of interest to just be positive in general, but aside from that there used to be a couple of them that did their very best to make you happy even if it was just a question, they took the time but i dont see them here anymore, they probably left. ill still be getting my boba fix but maybe...

Terrible customer service. Talk to your employees about respecting customers.

Four employees were working. They blended our drinks, left them sitting, and went to the back to talk. I asked, “Are you going to make our drinks”? The blond lady replied extremely rudely with attitude, “Yes,” and I said, “Okay, I was just curious because they’re just sitting there and you’re talking,” and she replied, “Okay, and?”

While Niall was completing our drinks, all three girls went to the back to talk and walked back out before I left, laughing and giving me dirty looks.
