I have serious concerns about the hygiene practice here. The ice cream makers wear gloves, but they just keep wearing the same pair inside out after taking payments, including cash. After they took their gloves off to take the payments from the next customers, they again wore the same pair inside out. So, the same pair of gloves just keeps flipping side and being worn by the staff making the ice cream and touching the cookies, fruits, or anything put into the final product. The food contamination risk is extremely high. I saw this practice before they made my kids' orders. So, I asked the staff to put on a new pair of gloves. Brand new location and I finally got a chance to try it! They had excellent customer service at the register and their focus on ice cream making is incredible and surprisingly quick considering they essentially make the ice cream in front of you on one of those frozen metal plate things. My brother ordered the Strawberry Shawty and I ordered the Mango Tango. No regrets here! Definitely plan on going back to try...
