Take your money anywhere else!! I would rate this place 0 star if possible all due to the manager who has been unprofessional and was rude . It took 2 months for her to call me back after I called multiple times and i left countless voicemails.. 2 months !!! When she finally called me she was giving me a hard time about refunding me the difference that they owed me and that i was told by a staff member wouldn't be a problem, she said she would get back to me and i would no longer be charged . It has now been ANOTHER 2 almost 3 months of my calls not being answered or returned and on top of that I continue to be charged ! I even went in person to the establishment and was told the manager would call me back and she still hasn't . I've never experienced such terrible...

I am obsessed with Hotworx! My husband and I go faithfully five times a week for 30 minutes and have seen amazing results with our sleep and in toning up our bodies. Not only is it a quick and efficient workout, but Bernice is literally the sweetest employee. She welcomes you with a warm smile, explains the Hotworx products and booking systems in detail, and she is always ensuring that the facility is spotless and clean. She informed me of a point system that I wasn’t aware of and I’m so excited because I’ll be earning points towards money off some of their products! Bernice was quite literally the reason I signed up for Hotworkx. I was scared to go in for a free class but she put me to ease right away. I hate when I go to places and it just feels like they can’t take no as an answer or are trying to upgrade you. My experience at Hotworkx was the exact opposite and I really appreciate that. Bernice gave me a full tour, set me up not only with 1 class but gave me the option to do the a second ISO class.
