I am appalled by the lack of accountability or professionalism in this establishment. I dropped off my jewelry for less than 10min with Joanna and when I came back to pick up my piece because I found a shop that can fix it quicker, my ring was completely bent out of shape and nothing like the way I left it. Instead of taking immediate accountability and apologizing, the gentleman at the front, who was displaying questionable hygene chose to just shrug his shoulders and was trying to sneakily take back my receipt, which I grabbed before he had a chance to. And from there began a whirlwind of obscenities and threats as this manchild was clearly intimated by the fact that I was not taking the situation lightly nor did I let him keep the receipt he felt I "snatched" out of his hand. I can't tell what was worse, the lack of accountability or the lack of parental guidance as all this was being witnessed by a small child, I'm assuming, belonged to the gentleman throwing a tantrum as this poor child looked absolutely traumatized by his father's neanderthal-like behavior. I was later informed the ill-mannered gentleman who began this whole mess is Joanna's son, which honestly just makes me feel sorry for her because if this is how he treats customers I can only imagine the abuse his mother and child have to endure.
