They had so many items with a southwest flare, lots of things like yard sculptures, rugs, decor items, just a lovely shop in Old Town. The gentleman who greeted us at the door, later I found out he is the son of a father and son small business, was friendly and welcoming without being pushy. He pointed out different sizes of the placemats and table runners that I was looking at and suggested the best way to view them-lay them on the floor. A couple of other women also helped look through the inventory to locate the color scheme I was looking for with me, and it is a big inventory, so many patterns and items to choose from. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. It took a little time to find the color scheme-gray background-but with their help I found exactly what I was looking for. Reason: My wife and I decided to get souvenirs from here and all items did not get packed up. We didn't notice because we were getting on a flight and after finally getting back to our home state. We unwrapped everything to display our cool souvenirs and give others to friends and family. I tried giving them a call to hopefully make it right but they just forward your calls and don't call back. I try to give shops like this a chance to make it right and definitely will change my rating if they are able to, but until then BUYER BEWARE SPEND YOUR...

I really did like this store, but I returned two bracelets that were $25, and I thought the employee and I left on okay terms. But I was wrong I was going back and forth with management on their work phone. I stated before that I was in the wrong for not looking at the prices, but management would not leave me alone I blocked their number, and they texted me what I believe was their personal phone number. I was going to give this store a 5 star review for returning my money, but it quickly became a problem afterward. I was told to never shop in this store again which I’m okay with.
