Cinnabon — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I use to get a pecan roll once a month and every time I went the employees were ALWAYS rude! They are not friendly, they don't smile, nor do they appreciate the customer. Wake up girls, if it wasn't for your customers, you'd have to find another job that you will probably also hate. I've stopped going as often as I used to because it always feels as if I'm bothering them when they take my order. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I'd rather drive further to go to the Cottonwood Mall location ....

I came here to taste a cinnamon roll for the first time, them for some reason the whole mall colors turn into black & white and a depressing music start to play in the background, it keep repeating "adress unknow" or whatever it was, and don't get me started on the manager Gene, he don't even smile, he looks like he lost a friend because of a stage 4 cancer, i almost told that it's all good man, and that he should smile more. I went to the Cinnabon today to use my gift certificates to get my Mom and I a Cinnabon; and I must say they were not soggy. They were fully cooked and delicious. The assistant manager Sam was more than happy to hear my story about my previous experience and gave me two freshly baked out of the oven cinnamon rolls.
