Visited this location midday (shortly after 2pm) the line was wrapped around the lobby… My review isn’t about the quality of the food because after waiting 20mins neither of the entree options I choose were available nor was the appetizer. While waiting I didn’t hear (1) Thank You nor Welcome to Panda, I empathized with the lady’s because the line was constant, as one guest left (2) more came in. My review is directed at the manager on duty, after waiting & not being able to order I asked to speak with her. I shared my disappointment of not being able to choose from (3) of the items I preference because the pans were empty & told there would be a 10-12 min wait, she interrupted me saying she needs to help her workers & walked off… I asked what about your customers & their experience. she said she was speaking with an auditor & that’s why the food options were out & the lines were long but about to help now. She asked was I ordering, I said not waiting an additional 10mins & she rudely said welI I need to attend to my customers. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused to do so. Actions speak louder than words. I will be back and i will update if necessary.
Edit: 11/12/2021 TLDR: Some places never change The restaurant show many red flags from just entering. Firstly the restaurant was covered in trash, the counter in which the food slides had some mysterious white grain which I can only assume is salt. There we multiple items that we unavailable or needed wait time despite being empty the restaurant. The lady taking my order, yelled at me because I asked for the sweet and fire chicken breast and basically called me stupid because they haven’t had it in 2 years apparently even though another PE Has it still. Read moreHaven't tasted the food yet although I am sure it's okay. This review is of the cleanliness and lack of speed in the staff. I have been standing in one spot for 20 minutes now. Everyone is talking and spinning circles around each other behind the buffet. No one looks like they know what's going on except the cooks. The floor and tables are also filthy filthy filthy! It looks like no one has done a lobby check for 5 or 6 hours...
Update: 40 min later I have my food and only one person at register with 2 people staring into space holding a pen letting 2 people work the line. This was the worse Panda express experience I've had ever. I frequent panda express across the country..
Update #2: I got home ready to eat only to realise the ONE sauce I asked for (hot mustard) the lady at the register failed to put in the bag. She gave soy sauce and chili but no hot mustard....
