Yogurtown — Local services in Allen Park

I usually go there but this time I went in and the place was dirty. I got the flavors I normally get after paying I started to taste the ice cream and it tastes like rust and smelled like a rusty machine I couldn’t even take another bite. I tried to go up to the worker and tell her about it and she said I can try it and let u know if it tastes bad I’ll exchange it for you. She went to taste the flavor and got and told me it tastes fine to her but I can clearly taste how bad it was. She said she will ask her manager and the manger was telling me they cannot even do exchange for me and kept arguing making me sound like a liar even though I wasn’t alone when I went who had that bad experience . She kept telling me everything is fresh but that’s further from the truth. After so long of a conversation she let me exchange it for ice cream that’s been frozen not from the machine she gave me a small cup and I needed two to get my money worth and the amount that I payed because I was not alone so I bough two. After that the manager told the worker to only give me one even though she already scooped the other cup which will probably get thrown away. How awful of a customer service and disrespect. If I wanna pay for something I want to get a good experience even if it’s expensive but this place is not even worth a penny to me. A place you don’t feel welcome...

I almost never post negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with the service here. I came on a Wednesday to get their deal where they have flat pricing per cup. It was my first time here, and I was very excited to try it. I got the cake batter yogurt and so did my friend. We both tried it, and it was clearly mixed with another flavor and tasted horrible. We had all of our other friends try a small spoon and they confirmed that it did not taste right. My friend and I asked the girls at the counter if we would be able to switch out our cups, and they said they were going to try the cake batter themselves. After trying it from the machine, they said it tasted fine. One of my other friends got the cake batter as well after a few people did, and his tasted completely different (and much better). I assume it was from the machine filtering out the terrible taste we had. We asked if we could get a new cup, but they refused and said no refunds or exchanges. We both threw away a cup full of yogurt and were very sad for the rest of the night. Next time, we will be going to Menchies or another place. It does not hurt to be a decent...

the little girls that work in their literally have the most disgusting attitudes I ever seen in my life my son only wanted a boba strawberry and it tasted like straight water only thing was good was the little boba balls my son explain to them what it tasted like mind u he’s 9 she said “well theirs nothing we can do about it” with this stupid face on her mind u my son gets bobba quit frequently!!! They didn’t even wanna remake like I could’ve paid $1 for water no I paid $8 for a small cup basically ! Their so nasty the girl was using a hand vaccuum on the counters around the fruits that where all exposed !! They have what it looks like 14 yr old girls working there! I went there so much but I’ll never go back again after how they treated my 9 yr old ! It was so bad my husband had to say something to her because I wanted to lose it on her ! You kno how many places I go and if my drink don’t taste right they have no problem remaking it? Like don’t recreate something from another culture if u can’t get it right or even...
