COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR CARPET STAFF NAMED YEBBY OF HOMESENSE, ALLEN, TX

I bought an 8x10 carpet and we asked it to be brought down and just spread on the floor to see how it will look like. And his first comment, you cant just look at it, you have to buy it. So rude a comment. I am a customer of your store. It is my right to look at what I am going to purchase. Anyway. I let it slide. Then at the checkout counter, I saw the carpet not properly tied up so I asked it to be tied up properly because it needs to be transported. So the guy at the checkout called him and he came and made a face and shook his head. My God!!!! I commented at that point and told that i need it tied properly and he made the same face. He did it anyway and when I said thank you, he just walked past by me and ignored me. Staff like Yebby should NOT be working in your store. It is the worst customer...

Fabulous experience!! Huge selection of items and lots of furniture/lighting fixtures that can’t be found at homegoods. Every associate was so kind and willing to help, and Jennifer at the front register was the cherry on top. I will come back over and over again!

PS regarding the lines— it’s literally like this at every tj maxx/homegoods/homesense. Checkout times seem to take a while at these stores due to frequent returns, credit card openings, wrapping delicate items, and price tag creations for items that don’t have a sticker. Come on a weekday before 3pm to avoid lines or just be prepared to wait and chat with someone in line. Not the end of the world 🤷‍♀️. I come for the fun and...

I liked it enough for 4 stars! It's kind of silly that it's on the same street corner as a Home Goods. I literally left with 85 bucks worth of stuff, and saw the same things at the other store. It's also similar to a more expensive Ross. The shower curtains at Ross are usually about 7.99 - 10.99 but were about 12.99 - 24.99 there. It's definitely important to check all prices accordingly.

There's everything from kitchenware, home decor, to snacks, to bedding, to mirrors, to lamps, to pet supplies. You'll surely find something out of the sweetly color coordinated aisles. If not, check out the Ross...
