Really sad to say I wouldn’t recommend this place… we try to shop local/small business and went in here wanting a speed Queen washer. We left having been talked into a newer model of whirlpool that we are extremely unhappy with. We bought an extended 5 year warranty and have called whirlpool a few times just for them to come out and tell us there’s nothing wrong with our washer. Our $1000 washer doesn’t wash our clothes and leaves them still smelling unclean with stains all over them, sometimes I even feel like it adds grease stains somehow. I watch the cycle and it barely agitates and my clothes are not completely wet during the cycle. I scoured the manual and googled for hours trying to find what I was doing wrong but found nothing. It was just over a year of having the washer so I finally called Rodenbaughs to see if they could do anything, the lady gave me the managers number but said it had been a year and there wasn’t much they could do. I left a message for the manager with no response and still feel like I spent money on a washer and extended warranty for nothing . They told us they only sell the best of the best brands, but we are so irritated with it we are sadly considering tossing a year-old $1000 washer. Not sure what the extended warranty was for but whirlpool themselves did absolutely nothing. I can’t recommend whirlpool...

We had an issue with a clothes washing machine we bought at Rodenbaugh's a few years prior but the repair was covered under an extended warranty we bought when we purchased to machine. But the computer boards that needed to be replaced were backordered and we were left without a washing machine for a couple of very inconvenient weeks but when Ron Rodenbaugh heard of our situation he contacted us and told us he would give us a loaner until our machine got fixed, well the next morning he had us back in business! This is why we bought then and will continue to buy our appliances from Rodenbaugh's CUSTOMER SERVICE! If we had bought our appliances from Best Buy or Lowes we would be spending every couple days at a Laundromat and with our family we use the washing machine a lot. Thank You...

Awesome experience. Our microwave died the night before entertaining 20 people. I called the next day and talked with Alexis. She was knowledgeable, helpful and took her time to make sure I understood the options. She suggested I take some measurements and also pictures when I came in, to ensure I found a unit that fit my opening. I did and everything worked great. I removed the old unit before I heading to the store and then installed the new. I really appreciate the time she spent to inform and help me; Never rushed or pressured me. I'll definitely be back the for any other appliance need...
