Worst experience I’ve received in a while at any fast food place. They were out of broccoli in “broccoli beef”, but I didn’t complain and said it was ok. It was my first time in a while eating in, usually I take out, so I didn’t know I was supposed to take a tray, put all my plates on it, pay and then take them to a table. First Lady helping me handed me plates, so I put them on a table behind me where my kids were sitting. Another lady started telling me pretty rudely that that’s not the procedure and I had to pay for my food first ..... common, there is no one in the building, but kids and myself, or do you really think I would just take the food in plates, not even in boxes, and leave without paying?!?! Made me feel so frustrated, I took a tray and set my plates on it, processed to check out and they didn’t even APOLOGIZED!!!! If the lady, who was helping me first told me about “the correct procedure” when she saw me putting plates on the table instead of a tray I would’ve apologized myself for making a mistake, but she let it go. But for the second lady it was a big deal?!?!? Anyways, I didn’t even finish ordering because my girls wanted me to get them some extra sides, but I just didn’t feel like giving this place anymore of my money. Totally rude and unacceptable! I work in a similar work environment and I make sure I don’t upset customers and when I see they are upset I make sure I fix it before they leave. As she was checking me out she acted like I was her “mood ruiner” for the day ..... Well, she definitely was mine! Not planning on coming back here again. Read moreJust ordered from here tonight and got extremely horrible service from Andi, one of the employees inside. I ordered online through Panda website for Delivery. The delivery kept on getting delayed for an hour+. When I called the store Andi claimed that Doordash delivery was not sticking around and leaving without the order. She refused to call Doordash and told me to look up the number online, eventhough I had placed the order on foodpandas site and not the Doordash website. I found their number on my own and The Doordash customer service person claimed that the restaurant was not ready for the order and the restaurant insisted that Doordash was leaving without the order. I finally gave up and my wife had to go get the order as the kids needed to eat right away and hit bed. When my wife got there she confirmed that the restaurant was really not ready with the order and that Andi who has already being rude with me on the phone was also yelling in person. Love the usual foodpanda food, but the customer service here is soo horrible that I won't be ordering ever again. My delivery order converted to pickup and I lost about 1.5 hours extra on top of original delivery estimate. HORRIBLE LOCATION and...
Read moreWe just bought food at 8:30PM and were told we would have to wait for them to cook some chicken. That’s fine—we’ll wait. We’re then handed half of our order, and we’re immediately confused. Why were we just handed food? We’re then told we need to wait 5 minutes for the rest. We begrudgingly accept this after explaining that the food should be provided at the same time. We then waited 15 minutes for the other half. At this point, we ask if we can have a fresh batch for the first half — only to be told that its all fresh and the same temperature (nevermind all the common sense that tells us this is physically impossible). We left disappointed and arrived home to find that the chicken they had us wait for wasn’t even included in the second bag they handed us. They literally had us wait 15 minutes for no reason. It’s one thing to make a simple mistake, it’s another thing entirely to make a series of mistakes, double down on each of them, and still manage to screw up this royally. There were several opportunities to resolve this before we left, but they were more focused on shutting us down than fixing the problem...
