What a wonderful experience at 3:16 Jewelry!!!! On Thursday Dec. 2nd, I dropped off a 1907 antique pocket watch which already had a original period scroll flower design engraved upon the back. I was hoping to get 3 initials engraved in the center cartouche and a short phrase engraved on top of the already existing scroll flower design. Upon arrival just inside the main entrance, I seen a clean sparkling modern very well presented Jewelry store. Karina was very professional, personable and conservative in her approach to this difficult job. She told me it would be ready in a couple of days. I was mailing it as a gift for Christmas so that worked perfectly. Just 2 days later on the afternoon of Saturday Dec. 4th she text messaged me with the computer generated examples of the font of the initials and phrase to be engraved. I texted her back and forth and called her once with my preferences on the font style. She then also text me a video of the 3 initials completed in the center cartouche. She was meticulous about her work. I was very impressed with the care and the time that she exhibited towards a first time customer. Now onto the DIFFICULT JOB of engraving the phrase on top of the period scroll pattern. The engraving on the pocket watch turned out SPECTACULAR!!! The price was nominal and a bargain for such extraordinary work. I picked up the watch that same Saturday evening - only 2 days later. Karina was tending to other customers at the time I arrived and I seen a pleasant gentlemen named Oleg, he proudly stated (and he damn well should be) that Karina is his daughter when he handed me the watch back in a nifty modern type little jewelry presentation box. 3:16 Jewelry is a awesome family run business!! It is conveniently located as the first store on the right inside the main entrance of the Northpoint Mall. By far the best jewelry repair I have ever received! My fiancé and I bought my wedding band from a chain jewelry company and were advised to get the wrong kind of ring enhancer for my ring, leading to the engagement ring not being able to sit in properly and the entire ring not fitting. Upon taking it back to them, they "fixed it" by stretching the ring so that it sat way to wide for the engagement ring and left it with a huge gap and resizing it to the point that it was too small if my finger swelled at all. The week leading up to my wedding, I tried on my soon to be wedding ring and found that it didn't fit at all due to my finger swelling with the heat. My mom and I brought it into Oleg's store and he was quick to assure us that it could be fixed in time for my big day. Oleg took great care of my ring and sized both my engagement ring and enhancer so that they now fit perfectly. He also took the time to check all of the stones and to polish it so that it looked as good as new for the big day! I cannot thank you guys enough for what you did for me and will definitely be going to 3:16 for all of my future...

3:16 Jewelry and Watch Botique is the BEST!!! They really came through for me on a watch repair. The watch has great sentimental value and they restored it beautifully. The watch required parts for the repair.The 3:16 Team contacted the original Supplier to secure the parts. However, the Supplier was very slow to deliver the parts. The 3:16 Team perservered and worked with the Supplier to get better parts than were originally promised and for the same price. They treated repairing the watch as if it was important to them also. You just don't see this level of care, commitment and service in many businesses today. I will definitely reccommend them to friends and Family. Thanks again 3:16!!!
