This Location is a horrible place to shop first of all when they see melanin people they get real nasty. This one associate which was Iranian as soon as she saw me she ran up and said we close in 10 minutes , didn’t say we clothing 10 minutes is there anything that I can help you with or help you find I would’ve said yes I have a return. Can you help me with that she came to me as though they don’t have an announcement over the store intercom she made me feel very uncomfortable, then the female Liz in children’s shoe department she came over with her nostril flared so I flared mine nostrils!! I had a return. I had to walk all around the store trying to get service but they stood by the door so I asked, is anyone working the registers SMH!! I had to say where are you working? Can I get HELP??I have a return but now I’m upset because you’re there to guard the door, but not to help the customer then I don’t know what the name of this heavy set female but she came down after they made the announcement but the rude cashier kept wanting me to ring out as a debit not credit but I’m standing right at the door where I was ,parked instead of the heavy set female asking, what door are you going out of like they normally do and I would’ve said this door right there inches from the checkout she slam the rails down and tell me no you’re gonna go out the other door! Then I said, You Raggety individual because now I’m really outdone then they’re gonna come tell me you’re not gonna talk to “my”people like that I was like what do you mean by your people pointing the three Caucasians that was in my face maybe four are you talking about your people or are you talking, Shaun interrupted me with no my employees but the heavy female said, don’t play those games I’m talking about my employees. Well, please clarify that. Say your employees not your people!! This Liz individual was staring me down with her nostrils still flared so I ask her why are you here she said I can stand where I want. How about standing at a register so when a customer comes in, they can complete their transaction without hunting down an employee “how about that now my voice is elevated Shaun claimed I was yelling, I said I’m not yelling, but my voice is a little elevated because you’re Customer Service skills are very poor , I am done with Dillards and I thank them . I’m gonna return everything I purchased. I’m gonna return it all and I will not step foot in Dillards again at least NOT NASTY NORTHPOINT!! So thank you Shaun, the Heavy set female, Liz, and the Female that made it very clear that my dollar is not welcomed at this location!! There’s too many stores that have the few items that I buy from Dillards . I explained I wore them in the store trying them on and put them on at home and was rushing around the house to get out the door before the event I was going to - that’s when I realized the sling back strap would not stay on now that I had tights. It was winter and I had to wear the tights.
The shoes that were red velvet were in pristine condition no creasing, bending scuffs or otherwise. She kept pointing to very minimal wear on the direct bottom. How can they be sure that they weren’t tried on multiple times before I purchased?
They were $125 shoes that stayed in the back of my car for over 2 months because I kept forgetting, I’m not going to waste my time taking them back if I wore them for that amount of money.
The manager that stated shes the bosses boss was beyond rude and condescending and stated she wasn’t going to return them before she even came over she just came over to talk to me. Why?
I have shopped at Dillards regularly for 10 years, I asked her to look at my account so she could see I don’t make returns. She stated she doesn’t review accounts.
Based on the recent reviews it seems like her managerial skills are lacking and she displays 0 ability to perform her customer service managerial duties. She wasn’t even dressed appropriately.

Read moreWorst Experience I have ever had. A group of bridesmaids and I went to go try on a dress to wear for a wedding. The lady working in the department, Monica John, was extremely rude during the entire process. During the discussion about the comfortability of the dress, Monica constantly kept interrupting the conversation asking if the dresses will be bought or not. Eventually, we wanted to purchase the dresses, but one of the dresses was damaged. I simply asked if there was a discount for damaged item. However, Monica said that because the item is on sale, there is no more discount regardless of the damage. It's not the first time I've went shopping, so I decided to ask another employee. I asked the other employee if items on clearance were qualified for a discount if it's damaged. She said yes. As I was showing the dress to the other employee, Monica John snatched the dress out of my hands and walked in the opposite direction to unknown location. After waiting several minutes, she brings back the dress along with the manager who ended up giving us the discount which is all I asked for in the beginning.
