They really take the time to show you options, Just yesterday they how diamonds—both natural and lab-created—will look so I could make the right choice for my life. Their custom work is incredible. After purchasing rings here a few weeks ago, I’ve started bringing in some older pieces to design a refresh and give my old jewelry a new life. I had been looking forward to visiting the store, but I left feeling disappointed and a bit discouraged. The woman who helped me made a comment something along the lines — “What’s your budget? That’ll save us time” (with a sarcastic smile) that came off as blunt and unkind. I understand that everyone has off days, but the tone and delivery really affected my experience.
