I had a terrible customer service experience at this store. Staff member did not open the store on time, ignored me when I knocked the door to get her attention, she called security for nothing. I had to returned something and I need to know what time they will open since it normally opens at 11 am and it was already 11:30. Security guy came and explained their system is down so they don't know what time they will open. Why can't she just come out and explain that to me that rather than ignoring me even after she saw me? I even called the store and she did not even pick up the phone.
