I had a terrible customer service experience at this store. Staff member did not open the store on time, ignored me when I knocked the door to get her attention, she called security for nothing. I had to returned something and I need to know what time they will open since it normally opens at 11 am and it was already 11:30. Security guy came and explained their system is down so they don't know what time they will open. Why can't she just come out and explain that to me that rather than ignoring me even after she saw me? I even called the store and she did not even pick up the phone. Is it because I'm an asian and she does not care asian person? This is her face when she deals...

Awful customer service. I know no one goes to malls anymore but you'd expect corporate to make sure it's run somewhat competently. That girl in Mikyung's video is just there to get spending money I guess. Shouldn't let one teenager run the store if they don't know what they're doing.

I am currently standing in the store(4:15pm Thursday September 26th) browsing with my daughter and the two young ladies that work here have been behind the counter the entire time on their phone, talking, laughing and looking at the news. They haven't greeted a single customer that walked in and there have been two additional sets of customers that have come in. Poor choice of employees, this is sadly common at this mall...
