Update... See Monday post below for initial review... I've seen Owner response below, and Ty for that. It isn't the local stores fault by no means but card can only be acquired now by reapplying. Problem w/that is... When Kohls shut down the acct, and w/my other cards having balances it can knock my score down by 15%. Now I ask you? Why in the world would I reapply only for Kohls to run credit report which will also cause my points to go down, and most likely this will happen again. I travel full time. I rarely shop at Kohls or any other store of this nature. I mainly used it for daughter's in law anyway. BEWARE. Companies can do this w/no warning! Lesson learned.
Monday 10.26.20 Found out Kohls closed my charge account on the same day I used my card... Get this! For non use. This Kohls card/account has been more trouble than its worth since the day I got it.๐ Not to mention yrs of dealing w/online acct troubles that no one could fix. Local store employees were pleasant to deal with during the encounter but they had no idea what was going on either. ย ย ย Read moreI had to return some clothes that I purchased at Kohl's in Alton Illinois of course I couldn't find my receipt but I did pay for it on my debit card I only received half of what I thought I had spent but without the receipt I could say nothing but thank you I think turned around and went shopping with my granddaughter they had signs everywhere 80% off 40 I personally chose two shirts that said 40% off on both of them my granddaughter chose something from the clearance section that said 70% off or 80% off at the register the two shirts I chose ring Up full price the item she chose somebody had removed the tag so we didn't have a tag but remember she got it from the clearance section at 80% they charged us full price I went to the bank and couldn't find anything and then she showed me where they were on a different rack at full price at $85 the sign on the rack said 50% off I ended up putting back the t-shirts I wanted and had to pay $85 for the item that she wanted I was completely embarrassed I will not go back some kind of...

However, the staff followed me around like I was going to steal something, every employee had a bad attitude and every corner I turned a new one was watching me... They did say hello but we're very judgy. Yes I walked in on a lazy day for me and was in my joggers and a graphic T. But definitely felt like I was being singled out for not being dressed a certain way. I spend thousands a year with Kohls online for the last 4 years... I shall definitely keep spending online as the customer service today was the worst ever.
