Sharing this review due to the surgery not working, i think the treats on display are fairly priced and tasty nothing wrong with the product I had a terrible experience throughout the day with the cast members beginning the carts cast members any simple question has a response with a bad attitude looked over being at work or something, then on my way out I went to the candy palace and in the center there’s a little checkout next to the ice cream parlor, on 1/24/25 at around 4:15 pm I arrived there to purchase a candy apple, there are no highly visible signs to where to stand In line, so I stood where thought was the line behind someone who was actually checking out no lines anywhere else there was a lady and two young girls, one’s name was Natalie and she was on her phone next to register did not bother to look at me or ask me if I needed help or guide me just stayed texting the whole time the other one was close to the doors of the booth had nodded at her co worker who needed a break and instead of informing me or guiding me where the checkout was did not bother to look at me and continued texting on her phone so I politely asked her if this was the checkout and she looked at me and same thing with a bad attitude pointed at the lady in the opposite direction and told me that the line is over there and of course ok how am I supposed to know I had told her thanks for informing me all cast members bad attitude anyway left annnoyed after and my candy apple was delicious I hope I never...

I have an autistic son who wanted a candy cane there on Dec 3, 2024 (and still wants one) because he saw a you tube of the Candy Palace making them and how delicious they are. I was told we could not get one that day and that there was a waiting list to get one. I could not even get a straight answer on buying just a broken piece? I was told there were people waiting for 2 days on the list that still had not received one. I contacted the Disneyland customer service department and they told me to write a email to try to help my son out. I did that and got an immediate response that said there were so many emails to answer they did not know when they would reply. My son is willing to pay for a candy cane plus shipping with his own money and has asked me daily if Disneyland has replied. Looks like my only hope is God's will that someone will take note of this review and help my son. I am hoping that Disneyland will take care of my disabled son but it is looking like it will not happen since they will stop making candy canes...

AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about this place! They had an abundance of the holiday specialties and original treats. As always the quality and taste were unmatched!

We do have a nut allergy in the party and wanted to confirm the cookie she wanted was nut free. I can not remember her name but the woman behind the counter was so sweet. She grabbed the actual recipe book and went over the options we wanted to confirm there were no nuts.
