Couldn't be more upset with Amanda. Came in for a quick exchange yesterday on a $4 bottle. I bought this two days before that was defective with the outside design coming off. Amanda instead of being accommodating and nice and just exchanging the item for the exact same one instead insisted on me going home and finding the receipt. I live 30 minutes away, and this was so trivial to not just do as a courtesy and good customer service. Again a $4 decorative oil/vinager bottle, it's not like some expensive item they were going to take a loss on, or something that was questionable they sold as the one to exchange was exactly the same.
I used to work in customer service and there used to be this thing called discretion that a manager would have and use. This would have been a good time to use some for a customer. To say the least it left a bad taste in my mouth enough to leave...
   Read moreEvery time I have been in this store, they only have one cashier checking customers out. I have had to get out of line twice with. Catt full of items because I didn’t have time to stand in line all evening waiting to check out. Tonight there was one cashier. And the manager is just standing there doing nothing but watching me he like get longer and longer and longer. Finally another employee walked up because she was bringing a cart back to the registers. The manager continued to stand there doing nothing. And I guess it never occurred to the manager to ask the other associate to get on a register.    Read moreI wish I could give them zero stars.My daughter picked out a pair of jeans on the clearance rack but there was a big hole on the seam of one of the legs, which we didn't notice until she tried them on in the dressing room. They were $29.99 and the manager said they weren't supposed to be on the clearance rack and would only take 99¢ off. I refused to pay $29 for a pair of jeans with a hole in them!! Erin T.
