The customer service is horrible. Understand it is black Friday but there should not be a double Standard when checking out guest we were planning to buy 500$ plus in jewelry waited over 45m minutes at the counter to get help getting our items the lady assisting us when she got done checking out a lady with more then just jewelry disregarding the signs that says just jewelry and checking all her items out helps us she cant answer any of the questions well we pick out our items and go to check out we had some additional non jewelry items that we were going to get as well. By time it was our turn to check out all of a sudden we had to go in to two lines if we had known that ahead of time we would have checked regular stuff out and then possibly looked at jewelry. To add planned to apply for the card but would have had to apply twice to get the discount?!?! Slash affect our kohls cash due to two separate purchases. Jim I am assuming the mgr was very rude and wanted to argue with me about what was or wasnt happening stating that I had not seen what I in fact saw at least 3 times. Read moreI placed a order online. I ordered jeans for my husband's bday and they still had the security thingy on them. His gift was late because I as I don't drive. I had to wait for my daughter to get time to drive me from Iva to have it removed. I also ordered watermelon vitamin cream and upon receiving it I realized it was oped. When I got to the store I went to the service dest and the nice lady removed the security thingy. She also seen that the vitamin cream had been opened. She went to scan the barcode and it had been marked through with a black marker. She looked up the item and the reason for the mar through was it had been recalled. So not only had I received the jeans with the security thingy still attached but I was sent some cream that had been opened and recalled. The person who filled my order was apparently very unprofessional. Noe I'm afraid to order online anymore. And it will be awhile before I get back to the store because I have to depend on my daughter to drive me as I said I don't drive. Thank you for your time. I've just recently moved to town and she treated me with such kindness, as well as solidified my loyalty to remain a Kohl's customer. The cashier(Renėe) was also very nice and extremely helpful. Kudos to whomever does the hiring in this store! Nowadays, I find that employees don't want to bother with their customers. This is exactly OPPOSITE at this store! I have lots of household items to purchase and I will DEFINITELY be back!
Update: I came back in store to purchase King sized down comforter but they had ALL sizes but King! However, sales associate Mary helped me by showing me the app. I scanned items I wanted. Ordered correct sizing. Because of my order $... no shipping charges to have shipped directly to my apartment! This place is awesome! I even grabbed a new dress that was 40% off and perfect for me.
