Lol reading some of these reviews is just downright hilarious and completely misleading. Sometimes you just have people who can not be pleased no matter what! This is by far one of the best audio shops in the upstate. Ive been dealing with these guys for about 10 years now. They have installed head units for me, door speaker, two subwoofer systems, built custom boxes that were perfectly built to fit were i wanted. First system was 1000watts pushing 4 kicker 12's with my recent upgrade in excess of 6500watts on 2 12's weighing 100lbs per sub and this thing straight gets down! All this in a single cab truck! Most say BS not possible, find me and ill prove it. These guys are very friendly and super knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and in my opinion are a little on the low side. You get what you pay for and good labor aint cheap. Hell good quality audio aint cheap!
To the individual who posted they know nothing about large installs i would love to meet you just to prove you wrong! The market for LARGE installs is so small. Very time consuming and very expensive. I've got over 6k invested in my build.
To the individual complaining about a sagging wire, did you ever consider maybe it got overlooked "noone is perfect sweetie" and if thats all i had to complain about that would mean they probably done a pretty damn good job! Someone is just looking for something to complain about or either it's just that time of the month.
I recommend these guys to anyone! Not to mention (NO NAMES) i was turned away from an audio shop in Greenville because they were scared of this large install, but these guys in Anderson got it done! Thanks a million guys and it was a pleasure dealing with you!
Update: 6/2017 Ok so I just got a new truck, 05 Srt10 with an amped Infinity from the factory, feel free to google this if you want and read some forums, factory amps and speakers will not work with aftermarket head unit.... right? Wrong! Again, and I repeat, AGAIN these guys made it happen. Full function of factory system and components. Super clean install. Very timely and professional service! What more could anyone ask for? If you go anywhere with a negative attitude and expecting poor service your probably going to get it. Be friendly, patient, and understanding and you'll leave 110% satisfied! Do not hesitate to see these guys... All I can assume is these negative reviews have to been referring to the Greenville location because the guys in Anderson ROCK!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible! I bought a simple reciever and 4 speakers to be installed. When I was setting this up, nobody even walked outside to look at my truck. I drop it off and then went back to pick it up a week later. They put a black dash piece in. My interior is tan. I said that's not gonna work. So Kris said he would order a tan one and then switch it out. Weeks go by and when I finally got in touch with him, he said he couldn't find one. I suggested we use the original and cut out the cubby hole. So he told me to come down on Saturday at 1pm and he would do it. I get there and he isn't even there. So another installer came out to do it. He busted the black dash piece up and bent the metal framing around the stereo getting it out. Then he destroyed my original dash piece trying to cut it. He was sweating profusely and shaking like he was on drugs. Well he said he ordered a new dash piece and it would be in the following Thursday. No call, nothing for a couple more weeks. Finally get Kris to order one and it came in. I went to get it and ended up installing it myself. Although the trim ring won't go on right because the dude busted the metal all up and they broke my side piece installing a microphone wire and never said a word. The absolute worst experience I've ever had dealing with any business. So after 2 1/2 months I have a radio that looks like crap and broken...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor communication, even though I was up there in person face to face with an employee. I went up there to inquire about getting a system installed in my vehicle. The employee sold me the adapter I needed, got all my information, gave me the quote for installation, and put me down for the following Friday. That Thursday they never called, so I called up there to verify dropping my vehicle off for Friday. They said "They had none of my information or me being on the schedule" and they don't know what happened. They proceeded to ask if I wanted to pick a day for the week ahead. I declined. If you couldn't get it right the first time, why would I trust the second time? No, thank you. I found someone else to do it, and a better price. I would think, as big of a name as Roger Stereo has out there as a place of business, it would've been handled a lot better. Took the time off from work for no reason. People can not just switch up days or ask for days off, because you did not handle business correctly. If you get told you are on their schedule, you better get it in writing, and double check and make sure before you leave. Lost...
