I usually don't write reviews but this is the THIRD bad experience I have had at this "new" CFA.
The first one was back in June, I ordered 4 Arnold Palmer's only to get home & discover I had 4 regular sweet teas. I was charged the upcharge for the Arnold's but got tea instead.
The 2nd instance, drinks again...only this time one of my cups has a hole in the bottom of it & I look over to see it's leaked out all over my daughter's clothing & my seats. I call to make a complaint about that and the fact that my fries were soggy & cold. I had mgmt reach out to me about it...supposed to send something in the mail...never arrived.
Today 8/20 I order on the app, tried to redeem my points but they did not come off. I notified staff about this and I was basically told to go talk to the app about it. I ended up paying over $18.00 for food that should have been half that price after redeeming points. They tried nothing to resolve my concerns at the store, I was told to contact customer service via the app because they could "see" the points I redeemed, as if I were lying or something. I called CFA customer service & remained on hold for over 17 minutes & no rep ever came to the phone, maybe they are closed due to Covid but I wouldn't know because no one in the store bothered to inform me of that.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this CFA. I think it's poorly run since it opened. They are not as friendly, not as fast, not as accurate as other CFAs that I have visited within this &...
Read moreThis was absolutely terrible experience for me. Unfortunately while I am here visiting Anderson I won't be returning to this location. I ordered a number one with three sauces and a additional Mac and cheese. I went thru the drive thru. When it came time to pay it seem a person was training someone and said what's wrong with this order? I chimed in and ask what . Then the person proceeded in a aggressively and rude manner that I'm only aloud two sauces because I order a sandwich and Mac and cheese . I corrected my order. I also said paying for extra sauce isn't a issue. I don't appreciate being coached on my order. I unaware of this policy of charging for sauces. I can gladly pay. I won't be returning period. I also received 8 sauces. So we had to create a bad guest experience because of a charge. And received 8. We certainly could of avoided this total bad experience. Please take time to coach the employees on sauce standards not the guest. If I could give this place zero stars I would. To my total disappointment my food was cold and not correct. Read moreHad my order taken by someone on the taller side around lunch the line was extremely long, can’t remember their name. I felt super rushed and not welcomed at all I couldn’t even finish my sentence before I was being rushed and asking what else I wanted. CFA service has went downhill so bad. I should be able to say my full order without being interrupted 5 words in and asking what else for you today with a big fake smile. Let not also forget the order are constantly bagged with the wrong food in them. The filets have also been super tough with lots of tendons in them as of late. Not only did I get the wrong Mac and cheese I also ordered a 8 count grilled nugget (for a close friend who has a gluten allergy) but instead got a 5 count fried nugget.
