Yes, the store is overcrowded at times, but I I like that and It empties out by the next delivery. They move a lot of merchandise quickly. I have had a display fall on my shin. Cut. They had a bandaid. No neosporin. CUSTOMERS, you have to check your receipts thoroughly!! I cannot emphasize that enough. I was overcharged, fictitious item on my receipt. I asked them to check the cameras for what the cashier did. They don’t. They said they check their cameras for theft FROM the store not when a customer has been wronged!! I can’t be the only one has this happened to and they refused to do a 5 minute surveillance check for possible dishonesty among their staff . The onus is on them. What a mess!!! This store is OVERFILLED with goodies. There is SO MUCH inventory crammed everywhere, including the employees' stocking carts, that it is very difficult and hazardous to navigate the store. The aisles are too close together which makes it more difficult to move around, especially with high traffic. I wanted to look at so much in the store, but with the way things were crammed onto the shelves haphazardly, I felt like I would break something or cause an avalanche if I touched anything. It was overwhelming. I also don't consider "clearance" marking something down by one dollar, which was almost all of their clearance items I could find. That could be part of the retention issue. Very nice selection of goods that turns your house into a home. My family and I love to stop by the store and browse the shelves. We are never looking for anything specific but we somehow end up purchasing something. The staff and employees take pride in their store from the friendliness of the cashiers and store clerks.
