Went in to shop with my cousin and was badgered the entire time by the sales associate. I was just looking around, grabbing a shirt or two, and she continued to try to take them from me to put them in a room or at the counter during the entire visit. I tried on a shirt and asked my cousin to help me tighten it in the back. When she proceeded to help me, the sale associate yelled across the store to tell us only one person at a time in the room so we stepped out even thought it was a corset top and quite open. While trying to help me outside the room, the lady continued to tell my cousin how to do it as if she didn't already know. My cousin did not like this treatment and even put back the three articles of clothing she was ready to purchase. I felt rushed and bombarded the entire time. I have never felt this at any other location I've visited. She also made a snarky comment to another customer who was looking at jewelry while I was checking out telling her what to do and what not to do. I don't know if I would return to this location solely because...

While I have means but not youth I still appreciate kindness and good service.. The reception I got today was cold and unhelpful. I had to plea for assistance. Spent $339 on October 16th. Bought gifts, clothing for young daughter and myself. I’m a local so I was told I could try a few things (two) on at home and not get any refund but get store credit. I HAD one of two tags only attached a full receipt but sadly NO INTEREST in helping. My fault because I took their word for the exchange and credit. I was told I should have read the fine print on the receipt and I had to take the shirt back home. CUSTOMER service at its worst. I’ll take the time to tell all eleven people that I told it was great. I’ll call them directly and let them know to shop elsewhere. As will I....

I would have rated my experience a zero but unfortunately there isn’t that option. I came in looking for a dress for a summer wedding with my husband and infant son. I was offered a dressing room which was great so that I could try on the dress I liked. There was an associate who told me to hand my diaper bag to my “hubs/friend” with the most absolutely the most condescending tone. She stood right in front of my dressing room that made me extremely uncomfortable. Even though I liked the dress and wanted to purchase it—the way my husband and I were made to feel was absolutely despicable. I have shopped at Brightside at my home store in Baltimore and NEVER was made to feel uncomfortable. I do have to give one complement to the woman who greeted us right as we came in...
