I lived at Richmond Terrace Condominiums in Appleton for 3 years. I found it a delightful place to live. The building is extremely well managed, with attention paid to details that count. The maintenance staff, as well as volunteer residents, do a great job at keeping the grounds up-to-date, clean and attractive. In only a few minutes' walk, you're right there on College Avenue, downtown Appleton. And a short drive brings you to the things that make the Fox Valley a very fine place to live.
