I had a big back order that I made online.

On the website it said they have 1 dollar taco tuesdays so that's what i ordered. 2 orders of 10 steak tacos, 5 al pastor and 5 lengua tacos and 3 sides of fries. So 30 tacos total. I made the order around 1:30pm.

Waited about 20 minutes, went in and they didnt have it ready. They were actually surprised they had an online order and had to check my receipt. Said 8 minutes

Went home and my fault for not checking the bag but they only gave me 6 tacos, 4 steak and 1 pastor and 1 lengua. Had to go back and show them the receipt a second time. They werent even aware of the 1 dollar taco tuesdays and had to call their boss. Boss confirmed and waited another 15 minutes.

I give the service a 1 star because they werent on top of things and didnt even know about what deals they had even though it is not anything new. They didnt have my order ready within 15 minutes like claimed, they actually forgot and had to make it when i got there and then didnt make the right amount even after double and triple checking the order so more waiting.

Food itself was ok, 2 stars. Yes you get what you pay for i guess but as far as taste, it wasnt flavored well. Lack of seasoning and for some reason it tasted bitter, idk if it was the cilantro or the tortilla but there was some bitterness that kind of overpowered already the very lightly seasoned meat. If i had to rank, pastor 3/5, steak 2/5, lengua 1/5 which is disappointing because i ate the lengua by itself and it tasted like there was zero seasoning and lengua is usually just as good or better than steak when cooked correctly.

Atmosphere 3 star because the restaurant looks pretty nice and there was a nice vibe and the people at the counter wasnt being pushy but more just i guess ignorant of their own product but at least they didnt throw an attitude. I wasnt upset myself or mad at them, i just wanted what i ordered.

I only rated Lindo's 3 stars but my son really enjoyed his Mole dish and his girlfriend enjoyed her chimichanga, both of which looked good. I ordered chicken fajita's which came with handmade corn flour tortilla's, and plenty of them. I was disappointed in that the fajita's lacked seasoning or any flavor, the side of lettuce only included 1 tablespoon of sour cream and no pico. The rice and beans were somewhat typical but it was nice to see that the beans were not the customary refried beans rather there were actual beans is a creamy, thick sauce. Pleasantly surprised by the amount of tortilla shells provided was one of the highlights of my visit. If only the fajita's were worthwhile but they were not. The cost for a large Modello and 3 entrees with one goat meat taco came to $46. I felt this was over priced but I probably would have felt fine if I had really enjoyed my meal. Lastly, after the server took our plates away, she never reappeared to bring us a bill. After sitting for quite some time, I simply left the table and found her at the bar making a drink. I thought perhaps she had gone on break. While the staff was friendly, I felt the service, at least from our server, was lacking at a time with few diners and three servers. I am unsure if I will try Lindo's again as there are quite a few similar restaurants where I have received good food with...

First time coming here. We wanted to try a new place. The service was really bad and the food was just alright. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here because most of the complaints are the same. The service is bad and you could go somewhere else in Appleton for better Mexican food and a better experience. I wouldn’t come back here. The other reviews on poor service are very accurate.

When we got there most of the tables were still filled with dishes. When left an hour later almost all of those tables were still unclean. The waitress came to take our drinks & our orders, and she dropped off the orders and never came back. The bartender was helping our waitress take care of tables and everything seemed crazy hectic.

We never were given silverware or had our drinks refilled. I had to go up to the bar to ask for to-go boxes and silverware to put my food in the box. When the waitress brought over the boxes and I asked for the bill she told me I would have to go get it from the bar—which I never would have known because she never came back. When I had went up there to talk to her it looked like she was just busy hitting on someone at the bar while she rolled silverware. So she wasn’t that busy.
