They have good prices and friendly staff but I bought a gorgeous opal bracelet there that I couldn't have been more excited about. I am always very careful with my jewelry and take very good care of it. The next day the bracelet broke at the hinge while I was riding my stationary bike and fell off. Was already broken on both hinges. No problem. Sent it in to get fixed. Had to wait a month to get it back. Came back looking like it was a rushed not very careful actually jewelry repair job. But it was just the hinges and that doesn't really show when you wear it so I kept wearing it. Look down at it about a week after that and about 3 of the diamonds had just fallen off. Not secured well. Not good quality jewelry. Have to make the time to take it back up again to get it fixed but would not make another...
