Paciugo's targeted competitor, Starbucks manages to pave way for competitve wages and many financial aid, with a beginning wage averaging at $10.38 while Paciugo's parks mall location begins at $7.90, towards college students. While both jobs entail many of the same duties, stressors, and revenue. You are not expected to help pay the employee wages, but this is just a reminder and insight onto why there is a split gratuity, which is not a sufficient or reliable addition revenue. Poor service. Server seemed irritated with us because my toddlers wanted to try several flavors before we decided on the correct flavor to purchase. Told me " 2 flavors per person for samples" yet she was only giving pea sized samples. I was helped/ ignored in between other customers. I was rang up for 4 separate transactions because they were non-attentive and didn't take my order to the fullest. An employee stole my wallet in January of this year and very nonchalantly told me that she and the police officer and store security are friends. When I went back to look for it she was coincidentally coming back from her break. I reviewed the mall camera footage which only showed clips but also showed me with my wallet getting ice cream but then cuts away.
