Express' customer service has drastically declined. I recently had to visit the store for an online order returns. However, they refused to accept my return citing it was a clearance item, instructing me to contact customer service instead. When I did, I was informed that items ending in .99 are indeed returnable.
Yet, the store still refused the return, insisted that I ship it back.
Then I attempting to purchase a clearance item advertised with an extra 60% off, the tagged price was $39.95, it should be $16. However, I was charged $20 before taxes. Rather than engaging in a futile argument over a few dollars, I opted not to contest the issue with the individual lacked of logic.
Been shopping there for 10 years....

I told the Hispanic female manager that sheâs not nice and she responded with âDid she take care of your problem thoughâ. I said I didnât have a problem until she had...
